Postage & Shipping Costs Outside of the USA
Because of security needs, customs practices, speed of delivery and rates,
buyer's choices of delivery vary greatly from country to country.
Please take note of the many possible methods of delivery and
choose the one best suited to your needs. Note that United States Postal Service (USPS) orders, air or ground, are usually the least
expensive but cannot be tracked.
Unless you add the slight amount they charge to insure,
we cannot be responsible for orders via USPS which are stolen or do not arrive. |
We deliver using US Postal Service (global, air or ground) DHL & TNT
Deliveries outside of USA require more handling and postage, so we require:
On orders of 1 video —$5.00 processing charge, PLUS POSTAGE
On orders of 2 or more videos-$10.00 processing charge, PLUS POSTAGE

Currently in the countries where the US Postal Global Priority service is available and safe, delivery takes 3-5 days. (Postage for this service to most
countries is $5.00 for one video and $10.00 for two videos, plus either the $5.00 or $10.00 listed above for processing fee.)

US Postal Service. We CANNOT guarantee delivery of postal deliveries!

We use DHL for Africa and TNT for most other deliveries outside USA.
Deliveries are guaranteed and usually arrive within a week, but they cost approximately three times more than US Postal Service.
If you want DHL or TNT, you will need help in computing your cost, you may email us the list of the items you are considering for purchase and how many of each you
want. We will promptly email back the total charges for merchandise, processing and postage.
Important Information: Video machines in the USA will only play NTSC formatted tapes.
Most other countries use video players that will only use PAL formatted tapes.
